About the event
I cannot offer any advice other than observations from my own perspective and experience. However, I understand how valuable a sounding board can be to anyone in any walk of life and hope to make that more accessible in these walk and talks. Enjoy the healing benefits of nature while showing gratitude to your body and mind with a simple hike.
